Bonnie Brown is a sculptor living in Australia internationally renowned for her lifelike baby sculptures and reborn doll kits, created under The Bonnie Brown Collection.

Self-taught and deeply passionate about realism and emotional expression, Bonnie has become one of the most celebrated artists in the reborn doll community, with her work cherished by collectors and reborners worldwide.

Born in Nelson, New Zealand, Bonnie spent her early years surrounded by creativity with her Nanna. She moved with her family to Victoria, Australia when she was 10, where she continues to live and work.

From a young age, she loved art and was fascinated by human form and expression. Her journey as a sculptor began around the age of fourteen, when she discovered the art of “reborning”, the process of creating incredibly realistic baby dolls. Captivated by the craftsmanship involved, she decided to try sculpting her own babies from clay, and quickly found her calling. Over the following years, Bonnie has refined her sculpting techniques through tireless experimentation and observation, though she will say that you never stop learning as an artist and there is always space for improvement. Her first self produced vinyl baby kits were released around 2010, marking the start of The Bonnie Brown Collection.

Each kit begins as a hand-sculpted clay original, meticulously crafted to capture the innocence, softness, and subtle emotion of a baby. These originals are then reproduced in high-quality vinyl, allowing artists around the world to paint and assemble their own versions of her creations. Among her most beloved works are the sculptural kits “Twin A,” “Twin B,” “Saskia,” “Levi,” “Liam,” “Tink,” “Chase,” and “Maddie.” These sculpts are recognized for their astonishing realism, gentle detail, and unique personality. Collectors often describe her babies as “alive in expression,” and many reborn artists credit her designs as their inspiration for entering the field. Although Bonnie works primarily within a niche art form, her sculptures have achieved global recognition through the reborn doll community. Her work is featured by major doll distributors and showcased in international doll shows and exhibitions. Despite her success, Bonnie remains humble and dedicated to her craft. She describes sculpting as a deeply personal process , a way to express tenderness, peace, and the miracle of  life. She continues to sculpt new babies from her studio in Victoria, balancing her artistic pursuits with her role as a mentor to aspiring sculptors and reborn artists. In recent years, Bonnie has also become an advocate for authentic artistry in the reborn world, raising awareness about counterfeit kits and the importance of supporting original creators.
